Johann Michael Graul/Crowell was born about 1705 in Heuchelheim, Germany, which is near Wetzlar in the current state of Hesse. He married Sybilla Elizabetha Fillman (Fulman), and they immigrated to Pennsylvania sometime after 1733, and settled around Reading in Berks County. He died in 1774 in PA. Their children include:
